Elluminate Community Partner Program

The Elluminate Community Partner Program provides valuable products and services to a wide variety of organizations, including nonprofits, education consortia, academic institutions, and others, for research, special projects, one-time events, long-term initiatives, and much more.

At Elluminate, we believe that as a good corporate citizen, it's important to make a positive impact on a global level. That's what our Community Partner Program is all about—working together to leverage limited resources, broaden inclusion, increase accessibility, and provide opportunities for online teaching, learning, and collaboration worldwide. It really is all about making a difference.

What is the Community Partner Program?

Elluminate's Community Partner Program works with selected organizations—large and small, for profit and nonprofit—to help them support their mission and realize their goals by providing our live eLearning and web collaboration solution for free or at a substantially reduced cost. As a Community Partner, you'll help promote your initiatives and Elluminate by participating in press releases, case studies, white papers, speaking engagements, and other activities. Organizations must qualify and be accepted by Elluminate.

What does Elluminate expect in return?

In exchange for software and start-up services, we ask you to:

• Promote our company and use of free Elluminate vRoom™ on your website and during your online sessions
• Agree to be interviewed for a case study, whitepaper, press release, or other marketing-related project
• Provide staff for remote or in-person speaking engagements about your initiatives with Elluminate
• Provide logos we can use to list you as a community partner on the Elluminate website
• Become showcase Elluminate users by attending free online training courses

How do I get started?

Simply complete the online application and agree to the license terms. A member of the Elluminate Partner Team will contact you via email to let you know whether you’ve been accepted. Once accepted, you will receive links to your Elluminate virtual room.

How do I get logos, banners, etc. to promote Elluminate on my website?

Once you are accepted into the program, you will receive a Welcome Kit that includes a library of Elluminate logos. Please include one or more in an area of your website where you feature partners. You do not have to limit it to this. Be creative about where you communicate our partnership.

How do I promote vRooms?

Once you are accepted into the program, you will receive a unique URL to include in communications to your prospects and customers. This URL is a web page that enables people to sign up for an Elluminate vRoom, a free virtual office that’s always available, enabling collaboration with up to 2 others. You can promote vRoom by including the URL in meeting invitations, webinar reminder emails, and in your session content. Or post it on your website. Be creative! Elluminate will track visitors to your vRoom sign-up page.

Are there any restrictions on product use?

The product offered is Elluminate vClass™, a full-function, single-room virtual classroom. Terms of use are for one year and subject to our software license agreement. After one year, you may qualify for renewal at no cost depending on marketing commitments met. Under this program, Elluminate is offered as on-demand service only, and integration with other applications is not available. Use is for your organization’s business only. You may not sublet Elluminate seats to any other organization.
