Need help holding an online session, conference, or blended event? Many of our customers need some expert assistance, especially the first time they hold an Elluminate Live!® event. Whether it's a one-time event, event series, online conference, or blended online/onsite event, Elluminate Professional Services (EPS) is here to help.

Your remote attendees will feel like they are truly part of the event—without expensive, time-consuming, and inconvenient travel. And by offering an online option for your events, you can reach a wider audience, increase event attendance, and even generate additional revenue.

Make Elluminate Live! the backbone of your online and blended events

EPS Event Hosting Services offers you the use of an Elluminate Live! room to host your sessions. And we'll provide and host a recorded archive of each session for subsequent retrieval and playback. So attendees can review content, and those who couldn't attend the original event can participate.

The level of our EPS engagement is dictated entirely by your needs. That's why we offer a variety of additional services to help your event go as smoothly as possible.
  • For online events, our registration service includes the creation of all sessions, as well as attendee registration, email event reminders, and instructions for downloading and accessing Elluminate Live!
  • We can provide detailed reports on participant attendance, so you can track who attended and for how long.
  • Elluminate technical support is also available before and during the event. And if any participants don't have a sound card in their computer, we can even provide a phone bridge.
  • We can help you train your presenters, including conducting a practice session prior to the live event. We can even review the practice session and provide feedback.
  • An online Elluminate Event Moderator can provide assistance to your own moderators to help make sure all participants get the most out of your event.
  • An onsite Elluminate Remote Conference Facilitator can provide technical expertise for your blended events and ensure that all attendees have the same high-quality experience.
