Many long-term Elluminate customers, such as K¹² Inc, have shown significant growth in product use over the years. "In 2005, K¹² began using Elluminate Live! as part of a pilot aimed at understanding the applications of this online collaboration tool to the learning environments of our students. Since then we have expanded the program and witnessed usage increases that translate into additional instruction hours provided to our students. The added effect has also been the improved quality of the relationship with students and families. We are preparing students with 21^st century skills by providing them with a world-class K¹² curriculum, building on their reservoirs of technology knowledge through the use of Elluminate Live! and through direct instructional support by our teachers."

For the past four years, the Stockton CLC has used Elluminate Live! for a variety of creative initiatives, including Rocks from Space, a project involving multiple schools where students investigate the solar system with the help of scientists. Chester County Intermediate Unit initially used Elluminate's online web conferencing to replace face-to-face training for state school board members, eventually opening up the sessions to other leaders and educators statewide. In addition, the use of Elluminate Live! has expanded to more educational regions. "I’ve personally trained staff in the other 28 intermediate units to become moderators, so now they all use Elluminate Live! for staff development, meetings, and collaboration. It’s also used by the Pennsylvania Department of Education to roll out major initiatives across the state, like the Classroom of the Future program."
