Elluminate is pleased to announce the resolution of the issues caused by the Java J2SE6 update for Mac OS X 10.5. We have applied the patch to our hosted environments and you should no longer experience problems with the J2SE6 update. Please review the list of symptoms for more information.

For individuals who continue to experience these issues and are connecting to non-Elluminate hosted environments, we are working with System Administrators at organizations to assist with the update. Administrators for customers hosting their own servers should review the detailed requirements to apply the patch to their servers.

Please Note - This fix WILL NOT WORK for individuals that have J2SE6 set to default in their Java Settings. Apple did not set J2SE6 as the default and therefore this would have been changed manually. If you have made this change, you will need to modify your settings to a previous version of Java so that our fix can take affect.
