Working with Content in Breakout Rooms

Did you know you can add content to breakout rooms, such as whiteboard (.wbd) files and PowerPoint files? Just use the "Load a presentation" button.

As an alternative, you can load content into multiple rooms using the Explore Screens tool. Simply click Select Tools → Whiteboards → Explore Screens. From Explore Screens, select all the Breakout Rooms, right click and choose "Load a presentation." This loads a whiteboard file or PowerPoint presentation to all of the rooms simultaneously. You can also cut, copy, paste, and delete content using the Explore Screens tool.

Want to review the work from each room with all participants or have one or more participants from each room make presentations? Just copy and paste the content from the breakout rooms into the main room. It's that easy!
