Elluminate's Technical Support portal is equipped with an extensive knowledge base of Elluminate Live!technical issues. This tool provides an easy-to-use mechanism to search for answers to common level 1 technical questions and for tips on using Elluminate's products.

From our support page, click on the Self Help/FAQs button and this will open the support portal. In the search bar on the left side of the portal, enter the key words to your error or query and it will return the top matches.
