Loading images into the whiteboard
Loading image files such as .jpeg and .gif into the whiteboard
is an alternative to loading a PowerPoint and whiteboard file. This
may be necessary if you are unable to convert a PowerPoint file into a
whiteboard file using the conversion utility. If you save a PowerPoint
presentation as an image, a folder will be created that will contain 1
image file for each PowerPoint slide. To do this in PowerPoint simply
choose to "Save as" and select "save as Type" to either GIF, JPEG or PNG
format and select a location to save. This will give the images names
such as slide1.jpeg, slide2.jpeg etc.
When loading an image to the whiteboard, change the "Files of type" to
"Filter for Image Files" and browse to the newly created image folder .
Highlight the files you want to import and select the screen creation order.
In Selected Order
- Loads the slides in order that they are selected.
Alphabetical Order
- Loads the slides in alphabetical order.
(Note that it will load slide1, slide10 etc. before it loads slide 2.)
Alphanumeric Order
(Recommended if image files were saved from PowerPoint)
-Loads the slides in alphabetical order, then in numerical order.
Select the "Open" button and the images will import into the whiteboard.
