Managing Recordings in Open Meeting Rooms

You have created an open meeting room in the SAS and have made multiple recordings. However, the only recording that is played back through your recording link is the latest one. How can you view all of the recordings from your sessions?

If you are a hosted customer using the Session Administration System (SAS), each new session has three associated recording links.

Recording Playback Link plays back the most recent recording created in the meeting room.
Recording Playback Link Table displays an HTML table of all the recordings, with additional details about the recordings, including a link to launch each recording.
Recording Playback Link List displays an unformatted table of all the recordings, with additional details about the recordings, including a link to launch each recording.

If you created your own meeting room, you receive these three links in your email confirmation, or you can retrieve these from the SAS at any time. As a session attendee, you can request the recording link for the creator of the meeting.
