Meeting session launch error after clicking on the session link

When joining an Elluminate session, if you encounter, the error message "Meeting Session Launch Error", this means that the session you are trying to join was not recognized. In most cases, the cause is one of the following scenarios:

• The link that you clicked on is malformed or it appears in an application that does not support links that wrap lines.
• You have copied only a portion of the link into your browser's address area.
• The session has been deleted.

The common reason for this is when the link is sent via email sometimes the last 4 to 5 characters of the link are placed on the next line of the email. To resolve this error message, simply copy the entire link into your browser and type in the missing characters at the end of the link. You will now be able to join your session.
