Protecting Whiteboard Content

Did you know that that as a moderator you can protect your whiteboard slides so that they cannot be printed or saved by attendees? This is great for draft or proprietary content that you are not yet ready to make available, but which you would nonetheless like to share in an Elluminate Live! session.

To protect your content, in the Elluminate Live! session select Whiteboard from the Tools menu and check Protect Whiteboard. You will notice that the upper right side of the whiteboard is now highlighted in pink and the word Protected appears. You can de-select this setting at any time to allow all users to save/print the content.
