Retrieving Recording Links from the SAS

The recording feature in Elluminate Live! provides a great way to create knowledge objects - short recordings reviewing a particular topic that can be made available to your users to view at any time for their convenience. The recording feature is also ideal for users who may have missed a meeting or a session.  For Elluminate’s hosted/ASP customers using the Session Administration System (SAS), recording links to playback Elluminate Live! sessions can be automatically emailed to the moderator of the session at the conclusion of the session.  Sometimes, however, that e-mail notification can get lost or deleted, and as a result, you no longer have the link to your recorded session.  In the SAS, there are several ways in which the recording link can be obtained by the user who created your session.  A step-by-step document is available from http://www.elluminate.com/support/docs/sas/administrator.jsp titled "Retrieving Recording Links in SAS".  Just follow the steps and you’ll easily be available to obtain the link to your recording!
