Submitting a Ticket in Elluminate's Support Portal

Our Elluminate Support Portal http://www.elluminate.com/support-portal/ enables you to perform a variety of support activities, including:
  • Searching our knowledge base for a solution to an error message
  • Reviewing product information
  • Submitting a ticket
  • Reviewing the status of your ticket
  • Reviewing any past solutions to your tickets
To submit a ticket, click on the "Request Support" tab, then click on "Submit a Ticket" and complete the form. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible. A member of Elluminate's Help Desk will contact you promptly with an email response.

The Support Portal can be used by all our users, including participants, moderators, and system administrators. It's a great way to look up your history with our Support Team. Just click on the "Sign In" link on the top right and enter your name and email address. You can review all your tickets, provide additional information, and re-open tickets if needed.
