Saving the Whiteboard Presentation to a PDF File

During a live or recorded Elluminate Live! session, you can easily save the whiteboard slides to a PDF file at any time. For example you can save the whiteboard screens at the end of a meeting to retain a copy of the presentation and notes. Another example is you can save the whiteboard slides while you are watching a recorded Elluminate Live! session and view the saved file and follow along while the recording is playing. To save a whiteboard presentation to a PDF file:

1. Select File → Save → Whiteboard...
2. Under Files of Type, choose the Filter for Whiteboard PDF (*.pdf).
3. Select the folder that you want to save the file to and enter a name for the file.
4. In the next dialog box, select the screens that you want to save (you can save the current slide, all of the slides or selected slides).
5. Select OK to save the presentation.
